So I go out with the wife yesterday for a cruise and we stop to get a pop, well there is no way a bottle fits into the standard "cup" holders and I really don't even trust putting a can in there as it looks like it will fall over. I have seen some double-cup holders in some cars next to the passenger seat and was wondering where I might get one of them? I have a 94.
At Wal-Mart and Advance Auto, I've seen some cup-holders that slip down between the passenger seat and the center console. I don't know if there's enough room for it in the Vette though, but it's worth a try.
There is one called the Travel Buddy or something like that. I got one from Ecklers, but others sell them. The thing fits good and is not in the way of the passenger's left leg. I have the single, but they also offer a double cup holder. I use mine for my cell phone or for one of the 20 Pepsi Colas I drink daily. Expensive, but holds that beverage in place at high G forces. http://www.ecklers.com/product.asp?p...2&dept_id=1610
I have a Travel Buddy from Ecklers as well and they are pricey, but the do work, they stay put and look like they belong in the car, so I figure it was worth the money.

i had one of those gigs in mine about 2 years ago.....lasted about 4 days......decided i had no idea why i opted for it in the first place, sold it to a forum member 6 months ago.
bottom line: i hold my beer can between my legs as i drive.......then out the window the crushed can goes after i'm finished with each. no mess, no worry.

That's so inefficient. I think this would suit you better:
