Since the last thread went south with more complaining than suggestions and we have multiple reports of the same problem I closed it.
IB is aware of the issues and is working on them. Moderators and Admins have been in contact with IB in an attempt to get stuff fixed.
Time frame?? I dunno...all I can say is as soon as possible.
