Default Vert top sloppy

Have noticed that my 96 CE vert top is not as tight as it used to be. Is there anything you can do to tighten them up. It appears to have streched and is sagging.

Default top

Its stretched. You may be able to put some type of a long flat bow of wood along the bows. Its a vette though. Buy a new top and install it. The results will be what you are looking for. Its an easy process to replace. Its time consuming and requires patience. You can do it start to finish in one day. I have put 3 tops on my 89 since I bought it new.

Or buy a hard top that bolts right on.

Good luck

The best way to cure sloppy & stretched out is to replace with new. It is usually expensive but worth it. It works for Convertible Tops Too......
