Horn location

Can someone give me a pic of where the location of the horn should be on a 1996 corvette. With my dads vette, we think they were removed and I can't go look at mine nor can I recall where in the engine bay they are. His horn doesn't work at all.

under the hood, in the spaces infront of the front wheels, there is 1 on each side.

1 near the coolant reservoir, 1 near the AIR pump
