Default 6 speed pattern help

Hi guys! I am looking for a place that I could buy just the insert for the 6 speed shifter, not the boot or the leather know, just the insert.

I want one without a pattern hopefully in flat or gloss black.

Anybody know if these are made or where to get them?

Wrong year here, but you get the point.

Off the top of my head I can't remember if the pattern is raised/depressed or not. If it's close, some sanding and black paint could do the trick...
