Fuel injectors ?
My 1990 C4 started to run rough (feels like its missing), last year same type of problem only worse, we replaced 3 injectors, plugs, wires, ECM, distribtor cap, filters, and at the end the car ran fine. But here we are again, my first though was the other 5 injectors.
Here is were I’m at, fusses are fine, 12V at the injector plugs, no connection to gnd on the other terminal (ECM disconnected), injector terminals not shorted to ground, the resistance of the injectors are:
4 of them read 16 ohms, 2 read 17 ohms, 1 reads 12 ohms, and the last one reads 11 ohms. I’m thinking that’s my problem ( the two low readings) I need someone that knows injectors to help me with this.

Yeah, probably some of the injectors you DIDN'T replace went bad. I'd go ahead and replace them all with a set from Jon at F.I.C. (Fuel Injector Connection). Something like $150 or $200 will get you a full set of 8 Bosch III's, which are a much better design than your stockers.

I replaced one injector on my 1990, It still ran a little rough. A few weeks ago I replaced them all with Bosch Design III . The car runs great now. Email FICINJECTORS Fuel Injector Connection he will tell you what you need.

Don't mean to hijack the thread, but do the Bosch injectors make as much noise as the Ford pink top injectors (22lb) I replaced last lear in my 90 L98? 3 were bad, wouldn't run. Now it runs, but sounds like the valves/lifters/rockers are slapping the valve cover? My OE's were quiet.

Replacing the final five with new ones will cost him a LOT more than a full set of 8 matched ones from Jon @ FIC and he will be 2 years better off on his warranty.
Random replacing injectors is like playing craps. You never know if any of them will flow anywhere close to equal and you have a mixed batch of potluck. And you can't beat Jon's service as long as you own them.
A new set is not a matched set.
