edit: yikes not memorial day, yeah its labor day i was thinkin of
i will be doin my oil and probably get around to a good washing and most likely vacuum the interior. I also have a fiberglass top ill be puttin on that will need to be played with to get it to fit since i had it painted. All easy stuff, takin the day off from the normal hectic schedule to enjoy the car. what is everyone else doin?
Memorial day isn't until next May so I am not sure.
I guess you're talking about Labor day weekend. If the weather's nice I'll be doing a little more cleaning of my engine & going for long drives on those twisty, country roads with the top off. I can't believe that summer's almost over.
Taking the gf and going to drive a couple hours north to Lake Geneva Wisconsin for a nice lunch and a little "shop browsing", then head home.
Want to get some nice drives in before the 88 goes in hibernation for the winter.
Weather permitting we will have the top down both ways, but it's already starting to get chilly late evening/nights here so the return trip maybe top up!
Well I got a big 'ol box of parts and will be ripping off everything from the intake manifold and up... All new gaskets and a few newer OEM parts for refreshing... I got a pesky air leak causing a miss.... Just got a matched set of Bosch III's from FIC so there will be a upgrade from the original '90 multitec's ....
Figured a nice 3 day weekend, fridge full of cold brew and a cranking stereo.... what could be better ... (other than driving her )...
