Clutch slippage
My 93 is slipping very badly into every gear. I dont know if i need to replace the entire clutch assembly or just adjust the clutch. If someone has a guide on how to adjust my clutch, I have access to lifts and would do it with some help from a vette freak here in town. Any ideas guys?

The clutch is self adjusting, if you have not already done so, make sure your clutch fluid is topped off.

sounds like time for a new clutch, the fluid is located under the ECM module against the firewall

Would low fluid really cause it to slip that badly?[

No.
Low fluid or air in the line might cause it to not disengage completely, but it won't cause slippage.
Stick a fork in it, it's done. Plan on a disc, pressure plate, and throwout bearing. Take a look at the flywheel surface as well.
Sorry....probably not what you wanted to hear.

To be clear;
Low fluid can cause it to grind when shifting gears, as the clutch may not be completely disengaging, but it won't cause slippage.

A stock replacement kit including the pilot and throwout bearing, clutch disk and pressure plate runs around $250 through most auto parts store. The quote I got on labor, not through the dealer, was around $370. So all said and done, its gonna be around $700 probably.
