I don't know about these guys, but I just finished a conversion with APC euros which ARE dot approved, despite this guy claiming his are the only ones. I used Piaa super plasma bulbs. I have no idea where any of his stuff is coming from and wouldn't put my money on the fact that they are any good. For $59 you get what you pay for.
I got the non-legal headlight conversion from J.C. Whitney. Each housing was $24 and came with bulbs (H4). Though I opted for the bright white bulbs another $22. Granted mine didn't have that nifty parking light hole or have that Euro look but it ended up costing about the same. $48+$22=$70 ALso they are not true HID, but who would pay $400-$700 for them? It's a good price, and I love how much light the conversion puts onto the road and the brighter color. People don't seem to mind them at night, but when it rains, I get people flashing their lights at me. I think one reason is because the car is so low to the ground and the way the lights are positioned, they almost point up, opposed to cars 1 foot taller, the light beam points at a downward angle.
Check out the stuff at J.C. Whitney and you'll see it'a a decent price if it comes with the housing & bulbs.

Odd. You beams properly adjusted shouldn't **** anyone off. I have non-legal bulbs in my hella units, but nobody flashes me. They are 90W low beam and 130W high beam.
