I am getting the bug to replace the OEM shift ****...dress up the cockpit a bit in my 96 CE. Anybody else done so? If so, what did you go with? Please give manufacturer and model name so I can check them out.

Well the black Hurst ***** look good. You could go ahead and get the shifter too 
Honestly though, I really like the factory shift ****. The Hurst ball on top of a Hurst shifter is really the only exception that I like.

I went with a Momo Race Airleather. It is ball shaped, wrapped in black air leather with aluminum on top. I have a B&M ripper shifter, and I like the ball feel. However, the aluminum piece on top can get hot in the summer.
