I scrubbed them off with Simple Green and then hit them with Armor All Tire Foam on a regular basis. They come out nice.

Search for my previous posts. A few months ago, I posted a detailed description of how I did mine off the car. Easy to do and cleaned up and painted up nicely. Look great.
