Default Chameleon Corvette

Took my 92 Bright Aqua Metallic out for some photos in the fall colors today, using a Kodak digital camera. Some of the shots came out pretty decent with accurate color. Several came out looking for all the world like a Quasar Blue, with no hint of green. A couple of the "blue" ones were in the shade so I can understand that, but others were in direct sun just like the ones that DID come out OK. Anybody else with that color have any suggestions on getting accurate color? Thanks!

I also have a Kodak, Z650 I think, and depending on the outdoor lighting, my red car sometimes appears to be orange.

I have a dial on the back of the camera, that has 8 different settings.

Be sure to select the proper setting/f-stop speed dependant on your ambient lighting, and type of shot (action, sport, still, flash on-off,etc?)

You can use Fuji Velvia film on a 135mm camera. They produce beutifull pictures.

Mine's a Kodak DX6340 and I use it on "AUTO". It does have other settings but a couple of them are for focus (extreme close-ups etc). I guess I have 2 choices - find the manual and learn more about the camera or go with the trusty old 35mm once again. (or paint the Vette black or white - there's no question on those Thanks!
