Mine can't come off

Right after the swap I got on it a little and cracked my fresh paint on the rear quarter

If I had a garage, it'd probably be off 300 out of 365 days.

Mine is off most days unless its looking to rain today its 79 and sunny blue skies. Just pull it into garage and it's ready to go. most times I just put the windows up to wash it off.

The only time I put my top back on is when I wash the car. The car sits in the garage and under a cover when not in use

Here in Portland/Vancouver, it's 70 and sunny outside. (very rare for this time of the year) Needless to say....driving home topless for probably the last time this year.

I've mentioned a few times that I had only had the top off once and didn't like it. So last weekend, it was just beautiful out, and I figured I'd give it another shot. Took off the top, got moving and hey, what do you know, maybe I was wrong after all. I was loving it.

Then... I got on the freeway and it sucked worse than I remembered. Annoying wind, deafening noise, stinky diesels, the sun made it hard to see half the time. Just unbearable, and I had almost 30 miles to go. Waste of a perfectly good cruise.

When possible (no rain) I will take mine off and it never gets put back on unless I have to because of rain. Once rain is over, it's back off.

Add wind deflectors to your side mirrors, a hatch vent and sunglasses.

The first two items make the car much nicer at highway speeds with the top off.

I know these things would be an improvement, but I'm just not cut out for it

I have to brag a little bit about the top thing. In cold months the blue transparent makes it nice and warm. Summer broiler days the solid red is the ticket for shade. Transition weather gets the AFSB, the t-top piece that anchors the flexi-frame. A cordless screwdriver helps accompish change-outs with minimal cursing. That's 3 tops for me; spoiled rotten.
