front speaker help

just what are the steps involved in getting to the front speakers in a 92 vette?

I also have a 92 coupe, if I remember properly you have to take sill cover off by first taking off the plastic piece inside the door that runs vertical, then there are a few screws that are on the door side of the sill cover that must be removed, then lift up the sill cover from the back to the front and remove, you should see the speaker box and the bolts that hold it to the body of the car, then disconnect the wiring harness and you should be able to remove the speaker encasement and put it on your work bench, i also believe you will have to move and look behind some sound insulation while trying to remove the encasement and the wiring.
