Drivers Side Mirror

My drivers side mirror is loose. I'm talking about the glass only.
Is there any way to tighten it up a bit

You can pull the glass and its backing out by just grasping the sides of it and firmly pulling it out. Then you can figure out why it's loose - maybe the adhesive that holds the glass on has pooped out, or the trunnion is broken, etc.

Thanks Brad, someone told me you could pull them out, but I wanted to be sure
