MY BUDDY AUTOX's HIS 86, AND I RUN MY 92 WITH THE ZR1 11" RIMS AT ALL 4 CORNERS WITH 315/35 17's. NO PROBLEMS. I DO NOT KNOW HOW BIG YOU CAN GO ON STOCK RIMS...

Widest most go with is 315/35/17 but you can go up to 335/35/17.

Did your buddy have to modify his suspension or brakes to get them to fit?

315-40-18 would be a nice size tire in the rear...maybe a drag radio

these are the rims i want to go with...and my vette going to get a flat black paint job
