Default LT5 engine

I want to install a ZR1 engine along with a Tremic 5 speed into a 63 SWC and would appreciate any information that will help.

Thanks,
Bill

You might do some searches in the C4 ZR-1 section, and ask your question there. A couple people have put LT5's into older 'vettes.

My advice, for what it is worth, Buy a ZR1 and enjoy it. It will be much less work and expense. I have a vert and often fantasize about putting a LT5 in her, but there are so many little things that seem to be difficult to do. The cost will also be up there. This has to be a project of passion not an investment.

You saw he was talking about putting it into a 1963 split-window coupe, right? Not another C4?
