You sure you have to replace it ? They make patch pannels but if it needs replaced you need a corvette restoration book cause it's a job.
I use a sawzall and several different wedges and long chisels.
The door pillar is a MF so if you can avoid having to do that you will save a lot of work.

Your Pannel and bumper can be from several years cause I have a 93 Rear Bumper on my 95.

Oh yeah I use fiberglas stuff from West Inc as they have good stuff and a big store near me.
