Has you car been sitting for any length of time. Ive seen them operae slow and week for a few weeks once theve been cycled a few time they get better. If you use the all the time and this just happened i would check for linkage binding or corrosion at actuator , the switches are sealed sort of so they are usually good. Hope this helps!! :cheers:

With the door unlocked you can use a small flat blade screwdriver to pry the door lock piece off. Check to see if it still binds without the plastic. Maybe it is loose and needs to be snapped back into place. Possible someone tried to jimmy the lock and missed taking it out of the plastic guide runners inside the door panel.
