My first guess would be injectors. You are having leak down.

Or a leaking fuel pressure regulator(starting to sound like a broken record). They tend to rupture the diaphragms and let the vacuum source draw fuel into the intake. Pull the vacuum line, plug the intake side, and start it a few times. You should see the quick restart return and no doubt some fuel from the vacuum line connected to the regulator.

its one of those two things. Do a search and you'll find a procedure to check if it is your fuel pressure regulator.
Take an ohm-meter to yout injectors hot and cold and post the readings. We'll let you know if they are bad. Check with Jon at FIC and see what a set of injectors shipped to you would cost.

ohm check the injectors for starters...especially if you are a 87-91! the injector sticky at the top of the tech section has a guide to it.

By hard to start are you meaning it turns over like normal and just won't start, or is it turning over very slow?

i verify fuel pressure and it's good.the problem is just when the engine is hot,if i re-start immediatly, engine start good but after about 15 minutes, engine run normally but hard start.
just a little precision for the checking of the injectors,it's necessary to take apart each injector?

thank you for your attention.

No you can see if the injectors are leaking if you leave your fuel pressure gauge connected after shutting the car off. If the gauge continues to drop then you most likely have a leaking injector. Considering how long it needs to sit before being hard to restart, I would say leave it for 10-20 minutes and see how much pressure you have lost.

Did you pull the vacuum line off of your fuel pressure regulator, plug the line and start the car a few times? I realize you may need to run it for a bit and then leave it to try this. Checking the nipple on the pressure regulator for fuel is a quick way, but not always a sure thing.
