They probably won't fit, I put an 18" in mine and there was very little room left. Without the parking brake it's OK. 18" is pretty much max unless your going to do some clearancing.

I would have to say no. I have Corbeau A4's in my C4 and they take up all the room. Here are the Corbeau specs:
