can't help you with a paint code, but the general always used cheap, well inexpensive, semi-flat black lacquer for frame and underhood applications. i've always used krylon semi-flat black - its a dead knockoff for the factory blackout. the good thing is, it can be purchased almost anywhere for $3-4 per rattle can -
