I've read about that one too. Not all of the HF stuff is crap! Their 1/4" one is pretty good too, I hear. If you'd like to see more than you'd ever need to know about the different torque wrenches on the market, go to garagejournal.com/forums and search for "torque wrench". They use the same layout that this forum does.
Buy one from Summit Racing, it's part number G1055 I think and it's made in the U.S.A. and for $79.00 bucks if memory serves me. I really like Precision Industries split beam torque wrenches as they do not have to be set to zero when you put them away. They made all of Snap Ons torque wrenches for years however they no longer do so,you can buy them without the Snap On head for a couple hundred bucks and they are excellent.
