T.P.I.S. Long Tubes here and highly recommend them. If you can put them on and forget them they are good.
Mine are powder coated and have the correct bungs welded in for my setup.
The best recommendation I can give is the thicker the flange for no warpage the better you will like them.
Cheaper ain't always better if you have to replace gaskets every month or so.
Be sure the ones you buy have an O2 bung. It needs to be there before coating. Buy coated or get them coated. Painted headers look crappy real quick and dont last long. The TPIS headers come with the Y pipe. When comparing price figure this in. You need a way to hook up to your cat. Melrose has stainless, I think. Thats as good as or better than coated.
Hedman makes reducers with an O2 bung welded in place so if you get coated headers, you won't have to worry about drilling a hole and welding.
The Hedman headers use a 14ga tube while the Hookers use an 18ga tube. Also the Hedmans are coated, the Hookers are painted. But the Hookers are tuned while the Hedmans are not. Tuned headers mean that each pipe is equal length so there will be no issues with exhaust pulses hitting the collector at the same time. Hedmans have different tube lengths but still are worth a fair amount of HP gain.
You should be able to use the rear portion of your factory Y-pipe to hook up the exhaust if you have to retain the cat for emissions. Check with some muffler shops to see what they can do for you.
Even the thick flanges won't help with the header bolts coming loose initially. You may have to re-tighten them once or twice. So use good gaskets and maybe the Stage 8 locking bolts. Use some anti-sieze compound with them.
I would go with the Hedmans; they have been discussed for a couple years here and are a good header.
I've been running my coated Hedmans for 5 years with no workmanship issues. I did have problems keeping them sealed at the head until I used copper gaskets. No problems since.

I see no reason for not choosing them.
