muffler tips

does anybody make weld-on tail pipe tips that look like corsas?

I saw a post of a member that took the tips of a C6 and had them welded on...looks pretty good.

I believe that was CorvetteDan22. Looked really good i might add, do a search i think he posted pics. I think it was stock C6 tips.

Some brands make tips that look similar to other brands, and some make them look like stock C5/6 tips. I'm sure you can find what you're looking for on Jegs/summit.com, or fleabay, but you never know what you're gonna get off of that auction crap.

I have the Flowmasters C6 style tips on my car, and they definitely increased the sound level. Cost me $120 for the pair shipped, and they're semi-polished stainless.

How about a muffler cover, from the y and on, is there a casing/shield that you can cover it with?

Why do you want to shield the muffler? Afraid it will get dirty? The spare-tire carrier should help some, but not a lot.

no, it just looks ugly when looking at it from certain angles from the rear.....i have the tips, but the pipes themselves are nothing to write home about
