What racing seat will fit best in a 94 corvette for a 34"-36" waist. I's like something that will work with stock runners. Any suggestions?

I'm working on putting a set of Kirkey 17" seats in my 96. I designed some brackets that are being made for me. I tried, but there was no way I could fit in them with the factory tracks simply because they were too high. I'm 6'0 and my head was literally against the roof. I can't speak for other seats, but I can't imagine that too many true race seats are going to fit on stock tracks.

I believe that on a different site someone was selling some that almost fit right in, but how they seat you is the key anyways

these Forza's are what I put in my 91 Z-07 but I had to use Corbeau slider adjustable frames.. they fit fine, I have a 36 in waist and weight 190.

I bought the ones out of Summit. They are a no-name brand but look nice. They were $199 each I think.

Anyway...too tall for tracks of any type. Still trying to figure a way to get them bolted to the floor. Also the back adjustments are on the side and are so tight against the tranny tunnel that its nearly impossible to adjust them while they are in the car.

Any options out there that retain all the stock power seat functions and keep the driver at the same height off the floor? I'd like to keep the low seat height and power functions.

It sounds like the Summit ones just plain don't fit then

Yep...they are a tough fit.

I did put them in on the tracks that came with it and I felt I was about 6" taller. The bases sit too far off the floor..or maybe it was just an illusion. Needless to say...I am going back to stock in the future.
