Standard sawblades
Hi guys, My cars appears to have stock sawblade rims. After looking closer, I noticed that my center caps have the chevy bowtie (in gold or tan) and not the corvette emblem i see on most. Do you think this is something the prior owner added? Is the Z07 wheel different than standard? They appear stock to me excpet the centers. Thanks for the help guys.

They should have the C4 logo, just like on the hood or gas door.
The center caps may have been replaced, I've seen a lot of guys try to take the center caps off without removing teh wheel first. All that does is put gouges in teh cap. The previous owner may have done that and when he found out how much the caps cost, he probably bought the aftermarket ones to save some $$$

Thanks Mr Mojo. The original centers in my mad catalog list for $40 ea. I don't think I'll be replacing them too soon at this price. Now that I know about them, it's gonna bother me....Well I guess thats what crdit cards are for ;) .

I have aftermarket center caps on teh chrome wheels that came with my '93. Those wheels along with the caps are going up for sale.
Give Ron a call at Contemporary Corvette, he's in Bristol,PA 1-800-367-8388.
He may have a few he could sell you or at least he can probably beat Ecklers or MAD.
