I guess for the same reason some people ruin a great steak with ketchup.

The flame job is too symetrical. It's the same three licks across the hood and, same on both fenders. The rear fenders flames seem out of place. It's probably an early 90's custom and it looked great, back then. That explains all the over the top gold. I keep thinking of the Austin Powers character with the gold fetish. It could be worse. I like the colors, if not for the amateurish flame job, it might not be so bad.

This guy is a troll. He has another post in the C5 forum, and, a look at his posts shows his only motive is to diss other people's cars.
These are the type of posts that gives us all a bad name.
Are we all feeling superior now? what a waste of web space!!
Thank you.

I agree not the wrost I have seen by far. But after looking at all the pics I said to myself man this car is screaming SOCAL style with all the Goldplated engine work and body kit items.
All I had to do was look at the location next. Yep its an 80s vintage SOCAL car all the way. Funny thing is it probably was the local "IT" car to have in its day lol

He does seem to have a lot of time on his hands to diss other people's rides.
The car still sucks.

It's not pulling in any high bids. He probably has $20k into it and he'll be lucky to $4k back out.

I like it.........but......
eh, never mind......it's been said before plenty of times.
I like stock (like almost every other person here) but, I can appreciate something different (unlike most here).
oh yeah, I also like ketchup on my steak (of course, you haven't tasted the wife's cooking either
).

Oh-oh. Red Flag.
Car is in Ca.
As this car has not passed CA smog testing (because of the custom exhaust) it is currently Not Available to California Residents.
Other than that, the flames don't look too bad.
Are those Toyoda wheels?

Better wheels and no flames over the rear wheels would really help the car...I would not mind flames like that on the front of my car if I was 21 again.

To each his own.
Wouldn't the world be a boring place if we all had exactly the same taste?
