Take a piece of felt and put it where the switch hits the door. Mine is doing the same thing, the switch gets worn

Default Try this

Open the door. Then push the switch in with your hand and hold it for about 30 seconds. If the interior lights go out, the switch is fine. If the lights are still on after 30 seconds then the switch is probably bad. They are cheap and relatively easy to replace. Just follow the instructions in the Factory Service Manual, but you do not need to disconnect the battery. Undo one screw completely and then loosen the other just enough so you can pull the switch out some and rotate it enough so you can put the screw back through the hole in the door and tighten it. Do not remove both screws at the same time or the plate they screw into on the inside of the door will fall off (don't ask how I know). Then remove the second screw completely, pull the switch part way out, depress the locking tab with a small flat blade screwdriver and the entire switch assembly will come out. Pull the old switch off, install the new switch, push it back in the door and screw it in.
