I lowered the rear on mine this weekend, and I'm going to work on the front this week! The first 2 pics are 'after', and the last is 'before'.
All pics taken with camera phone, so quality is not that great...
I'm not sure if the rear is lowered enough, but I suppose I'll be able to tell once I get the front dropped. We'll see! I've got better 'before' pics on the computer at home, so once I'm finished I'll take new photos with the good camera we'll see what it looks like!
Thanks!! I'm going to take your advice and just sand down the wedges that are already on the spring! What do you think, 40 grit paper??
Will that work?
Looking forward to seeing the finished pictures. Post any tips (do's or dont's) you picked up during the project. For guys like me that know little to nothing it could be a big help.

Will do! I did a lot of research on the forums before I started, and had printouts of the directions! One thing I found while lowering the rear is that it was a lot simpler to remove the wheel. For the first side, I kept the wheel on and followed the instructions on lifting the spring, etc.
That worked great, but the floor was cold and the o'le back was acting up, so for the other side I removed the wheel and it took less than 15 minutes! For me, anyway, that's the way to go!
To be honest, the front has me a little concerned, but what the heck, I'm going to try it anyway!
I've been spending a lot more time in the search section. Like you I want to have as much information as possible before I start work on something. After I joined the forum it took me a while to find the right place to look. The other two forums I had belonged to were set up a little different so it took some time to find what I needed. Well when your done and post your pictures I'll know pretty much what mine will look like. Good luck on the front end.

Thanks! I'm going to take notes/pics/etc throughout the procedure, because it sure helps when it's time to put things back together.
