Flickering lights
At idle the interior and headlights flicker or pulse with the engine idle. At idle the volt meter is reading 14+. I'm not sure if this is normal or maybe a bad alternator or regulator. There doesn't appear to be any other electrical problems that I've noticed. I ran a search and most of the flickering was with other problems so I'm at square one. Thanks for any help.

Engine idling, lights flickering, unplug the alternator and if the flickering stops, then you have an oscillating voltage regulator inside the alternator. You can replace the regulator which is the lowest cost repair, or buy another alternator.
