Last I checked, door panels were $500 each, then there's the carpet and the seats. I've seen used seats for $1200. But it should be only those three things to change.
I think there are some very minor items to add, if they don't come with a carpet set:
* seat belts
* hush panels above knees
* little plastic piece by door latch
* little plastic piece to right of gas pedal
* targa top holders
NotSlo .... I Just poked around a lil on this..Looks like your seats are definitatly different in the 94-96 and the door panels will mount, but the carpet under the dash looks tricky. I had figured it comes off, but looks like its mounted to the dash pad with adhesive. Might be able to come off with heat gun but not too sure. I dont think you would want the older style seats anyway. Take a look out there at a 90-93 interior and let me know. :jester
I had mine switched over from Medium Cognac, to black leather. I got the Black one from a wreck. It wasn't all that bad to have done my mechanic said...everything went right in. I think it took less than half of a day. It was nice dropping it off with tan,then seeing it with black! MUCH better(JMHO).
I think I have some photos of both interiors if you'd like to compare.

Didn't the finish on the dash change from a glossier finish like my 1991 to more of a matte finish in 1994 ... that might require refinishing door panels from a 1993 going into a 1996.
