So it will definately need some glass patching thereor maybe bond a small piece of glass onderneath with vette panel adhesive then fill the holes.

sanding wise whats a good starting point to get the clear all down?

The heater core is nothing compared to fixing bad wiring deep in the dash

You are correct, sorry about that. I have been looking for a thread started by Jet-Jock on how to replace the heater core in a later car, but I'm not having any luck.

I found it, I'll be sending you a PM w/ it.

It always amazes (or disgusts) me how people take care of a car, any car. I know there may be circumstances as to why a car ends up this way but my gosh. Thanks to all you guys out there with the ability and want to, to rescue these mistreated cars. Want to and money I have, just not the time.

Looks like my car when I started. I named it Stinky. Now it is on the road every day. Just did an 800 mile 4 day trip. Still takes a little work to keep it going. I did the interior in mine, seats and carpet.
Keep us posted. Do your own work and it will pay off.

I admire people willing to take on a project like that. The best part about it is you can make or mod it anyway you like. If you do the body and paint yourself, you will have a bad a$$ daily driver for cheap!

Rock on.

Send me a copy too if you would. I put some stop leak in my 93 and it is fine for now but I know it is a future project.
