The ones that go in the driving lights and tail lights, you can buy them off of the internet and install them yourself, the install is really straight forward. Google"car strobe lights or police lights" and that should get you started or you could contact a local stereo shop and I know they can order them and install them for you very easily if you don't want to do it yourself.
Look for a company named Galls, which is in Lexington Ky on Palumbo Rd. They are one of the largest police car outfitters. They sell the bulb, wiring and electronics needed to do the job.
You used to be able to get cheap strobe lights (<$15) at stores like Advance Auto Parts, but I haven't been into lights like that for years so they may not carry them anymore. Those were simple 2-wire hookups that you could run to a switch and place a fuse on. Overall I'd say $3 for a switch, $15 per light, $10 for some wire (you'll have excess), and $3 for an in-line fuse.
If you mean the light bar on top you can google search and find a few. There is a vette on youtube who chases and harrasses people, with the police color ones. Yours I know is a different colors light, but he might help you. I found a few places here is one, I seen others for 85 bucks http://www.icollector.com/Top-Light-...e-Car_i8458776

I installed them to my 89 Roadster, the lights are at the 4 corners of the car (clear len's ) it took several hours to wire it up but the results are awesome! My car is red and I had it in a nighttime parade, as luck would have it there were several LARGE fire trucks directly behind me, people along the parade route thought I was part of fire truck display...I ordered them from a company called strobesnmore.com and it was aprox.$150 for their ProSystem4...they have several videos about their products.
The one thing I would do differently is order shorter wires for the front and longer for the right rear ( they offer 15 ft. as standard wires ) measure what you think you will need for a cleaner look, one of these days I'll cut the wires to what I need.
The lights I got are 60 watt clear and I have 2 additional ports to add 2 more lights to but I think what I have there now is enough, these are very bright even in the daylight here in Florida.
