Drive Side Power Window Switch help???
My Switch for the driverside window will role the window down fine all the time but getting it to go back up is another story. If u play around with the switch for a bit it finally goes back up or if you turn it off and wait an hour or two it seems to role back up and is just for the driverside window. Im wondering if it might just be a dirty contact any idea and anyone know of some good instructions on how to get to it? i havnt been able to find any on how to get to it sadly i dont know if its just that my works internet doesnt like the search part of the forum or if im searching under the wrong keyword any help would be great.

Getting the switch out isnt difficult,2 screws and the panel lifts up and off.Get a used switch and go from there,might get one from somebody here for next to nothing.

Remove the screws that hold the middle console down. Unscrew the switch and pull out. Clean the pins on the bottom and the sockets they plug into. Reinstall and see if that helps. If not, you may need a new window switch.
