I put Moroso Blue Max™ wires and Bosch platinum plugs in my Vette back in 2001. I also put in an Accel high performance coil in at the same time. The car ran great and seemed to have a little more pull and was very strong.

A couple of years ago, I decided to go the NCRS route and took out the Moroso and Bosch stuff and replaced it with OEM AC Delco stuff including AC platinum plugs. The car still runs fine but does not seem as strong as it di with the Moroso and Bosch equipmnent. Of course, this might just be my imagination, but I don't think so.

So, my 2 cents is Moroso Blue Max™ wires

Are any of these OEM? Do the OEM stuff from Ecklers, Zip, and Mid-America work just as well or not? Thanks, Todd

Why not?

I put Taylor Thundervolt on mostly due to their thicker silicon wrap. They weren't as thick as the MSD but I was able to reuse the stock fasteners. I do not ever want the same problem I got from the previous nearly-new OEMs that came on the car - PITA to replace on the LT cars..

They might have been put on poorly leading to failure (they were stretched pretty bad at one point) but any extra heat protection in these cars must be a good thing ?
