I have a 1994 coupe with 8.5" wide fronts and 9.5" wide rears. I am wanting to go with new wheels. 17" or 18" diameter. My question is fitment.
1) I think you can run 9.5" all the way around, true?
2) If you can run 9.5" on the front, what offset would be needed? I think stock is 56mm front and rear, but that is with 8.5/9.5. What would the front be with a 9.5?
Thanks in advance, and sorry if this has been beat to death.
Chad.

One thing you might want to know before you buy. Expect the car to wander more, having wider wheels up front make it follow the road groves more causing it to wander side to side more. Not really a big problem but you do have to correct with the steering wheel more an watch your driving more closely...WW
Okay, I'm ready to pull the trigger. I just want to be sure this will work.
1993 (not 94 as stated earlier) Coupe
18x9.5 front and rear +50mm offset
275/35/18 front and rear
I'm thinking the 6mm less offset will push the wheel out 1/4". Will this clear without any issues?
I have a 93 with 9.5 with 275/40 all the way around and the factory offset. I've seen other C4s that were running 18s all the way around but I don't know what the offset was. Has your car been lowered or at factory ride height, that could make a difference. If your buying from one of the vender's that deal in vettes a lot should know what would fit. I hope someone else with more info on this jumps in on this post.
