Why do you want to buy a chip?
What mods have you done to need a retune?

rodj is right. You don't need a chip till you make some BIG mods. The cold air kit is a good idea. Take the money you would have spent on the chip and add to it and put a good exhaust system on the car. This will really wake it up. Pipe

Only buy a chip if you can get one cheap and its a good quality. You won't gain any hp. But they can reset the temps on your fans to come on sooner. Cold air intake won't gain too much either. I have done most of the small stuff in the beginning to know better. You can get a K@N air filter and cut your own lid to flow a little better. Really the only benefit it will be the last filter you have to buy.

Just look in any of the Corvette sites, Eckers, Mid America, Corvette Central etc... and buy whatever you want however, A chip is expensive and will only turn the fans on earlier and advance timing a little which is a waste of hard earned money.

Next, go in the garage and remove the stock metal air filter cover then with a fine tooth metal cutting blade on your jigsaw, cut the louvers out of the stock air filter cover so, the opening is not restricted. You've just made your own air intake for free.

Before you do anything spend some time here reading up on things and get a idea of what it is you really need and want to do

The joke is the airfoil and IAT relocation will do nothing for perfromance.

The LT1 is a pretty good breather stock.

As others have stated cut open your air box cover, use a stock replacement or K&N filter. If you use a K&N do not over oil it!

Thats pretty much it for the cheap mods.

You won't need a chip until you do expensive mods.
Since we don't know where you live we can't offer to help you with it.

Buy the facory service manual for your car. Even if you don't use it to work on your car, your favorite mechanic will need it.
