I took a long, hard, look at them but decided against them because they are all-season. Just by the looks of the tread design they would appear to be a noisy tire. I had decided instead on the Kumho Ecsta SPT but my tire man is unable to get the size I need right away so I'm still unsure just what tire I will end up with. I probably should stay with the Cooper Zeon 2XS that I have on the car now, there's certainly nothing wrong with that tire, I just wanted something different this time around.

On TireRack's site they're performance is rated High.
The prices went up a bit but, for the money and a bit better performance, I would get the Yokohama S. Drives.

some one did a thread in road and track along time ago about them, can't find it in the search, so you'll have to google it. They tried the generals for racing and everything. I have had yokohamas on fords, and they were fine for the price.
