Default A/C fan problem

I only have one speed on my fan (86 coupe). I replaced blower motor, it did nothing. It just has high and not low. Are there any electrical components I need to test, like relay. Appreciate any and all insight

There is a blower control module on top of the air box under the hood. They are different for manual or electronic controled AC's. It sounds like you have the electronic, and that the module has gone bad.

I don't know about the resistor, but the control module is mounted on the side of the blower motor assembly. And the blower assembly is located on the passenger side of the firewall right next to the small painted body side panel behind the passenger side front wheel. It's that round assembly. And the control module is closest to the painted body side panel. Disconnect the cable plugged into it and remove the screws/bolts that hold the module. The control module is not repairable, so you will need to replace it.
Maybe someone else will have info on the resistor.
