groaning steering wheel... ?
94, Auto, LT1 Coupe.
When I drive through a rain storm, for a little while afterward, when I get off the freeway and start making hard turns, the steering "groans" !?! The power steering fluid is full. And, there's no issues with the "feel"
Anybody know what's up with that?

I can't say for sure, but I I would change the steering fluid and put in something tht reconditions. I know valvoline used to sell one, maybe lucas of something has one, hopefully your rack is not going.
