I was looking at my car and noticed something was different about, but I couldn't put my finger on it. Took a few minutes and then I figured out what it was, my front spoiler assembly is missing. I don't know what the he!! happened to it, the only thing I can think of is that it was jacked by someone. :mad
Guess that gives me a reason to by the spoiler that has ram air to cool the brakes.
This si called an "air deflector" and mine went missing too. I think they are victims of those cement curbs that run perpendicular to parking spots...when you park your car and hit them the spoiler cracks and probably falls off. When mine was missing, the temp was always high cuz no air was getting in there unless I was driving down the highway WOT. As soon as it was replaced the temps were back to normal.

Re: Found something missing on my car (NoWorries)
I will never run the salt flats again. I spent a year cleaning all that white powder out of every crack and crevis in the car. It will probably never get totally cleaned out!
Dont forget to use Lock-tight on the bolt when you replace it. When I replaced mine, the nut came off the bolt from all the vibration of driving. Made a nasty sound as it pinballed underneath my car while driving.
mine was all missing when I bought it, including the ducting in front of radiator. replaced it and it runs 15-20* cooler....and thats in Ohio in the winter.
