I dont have a lot of time for trouble shooting and would like information on the most likely problem... Just so I have a good place to start when I get the time...

Don't know about the crossfire, but you are running way rich! Make sure O2 sensor is working and the ECM is going into closed loop. Make sure air cleaner not completely clogged up. Make sure fuel pressure is not way too high.
You may want to change that fuel filter also. Check that the EGR Valve is working properly. When was the last time you tuned it up and changed the wires, cap, rotor, and coil? Unplug the two injectors and crank the car over, you should see no fuel being delivered. If you do you have leaky injectors that need attention.
I found out what was wrong.... The AIR Diverter Valves are bad, and all three Check Valves were bad... The Check valves I can find but the Diverter valves have not been made since 92....
