that's a great price. Someone 15 minutes from me just listed a 91 quasar with only 7k miles and they want $19k, but I'm not a collector. I've noticed that alot of the 94s and 95s are getting closer to that $10k mark.

From the listing, there is not much information to go on. Remember, this is still a 15 year old vehicle, which could need all types of attention. The price seems to hint of this perception too. And 32K of neglected mileage can be financially problematic.
Prices for clean C4's are still holding in most cases. For what many owners are realistically asking, there is no urgency on their part to sell their Corvettes. Of course though, there are always some owners whose financial situation may dictate that they have to sell quickly.
I read many threads here saying prices are way down. But I have not seen that with clean lower mileage examples of well maintained and mostly original Corvettes. Maybe it's just here in Western Pennsylvania.
I always caution too on Corvettes which I have not examined in person.
