Default New Product!

MAGDANA is pleased to announce an addition to its product offerings. Many of you are aware of the benefits of using magnets to clean the motor oil in your car and already have a magnetic drain plug. To complement this and increase the cleaning power we now have available some incredibly strong Neodymium magnets in a set. They are called the Black Hole™ and are designed to attach to the exterior of your oil filter.

Purchased in a set of six for only $24.95 they complement our Dimple® in offering unparalleled protection for your engine. A Black Hole™ can also be attached to the exterior of your transmission/differential to provide protection for other lubricated components. Check out our website for more information and access to our store to purchase the Black Hole™ set and a Dimple® for your car.

Thanks for your support,
Joe Johnson

Will all 6 fit on an oil filter, do you recommend using all 6 at a time on the filter if they do?

I think what they do is attract the metal particles out of the oil (only the the type that can stick to magnets of course!) so they do not circulate and cause premature wear/damage. Sounds like a good idea.

I like it! Ecklers charges 60 bucks for one big one. I wonder if it can attract metal thru the oil circulating thru the filter so fast and since it is indeed a liquid. Then again, the magnet IN my transmission pan caught alot of metal before my tranny failed. Looked like a spike ball.

Go to the MAGDANA website. There is a lot of information on magnets cleaning oil and how ours are the strongest in the business.

No offense, but are you selling six little magnets for $25.00, or is there more involved in this deal?

I take it back. Mine is a plain magnet. This vendor uses rare earth magnets which are damn strong.. Add in washer and shipping, I coulda got a better magnet and saved money.

I dont see the interest as the filter will collect the metal particules anyway.

By the nature of the filter, it must allow some particles to pass. It's a trade off of particle size and oil pressure. Most filters have a 5 micron size as the limit. However, it's the small particles that do all the damage. They recirculate and produce more small particles and they all wear away the bearings and other parts.

The Black Hole™ set traps these microscopic particles against the inside of the oil filter housing. (The oil enters the filter housing, passes through the filter element and then into the engine.) Used in conjunction with a Dimple® Super Drain Plug, you have the best protection against this type of engine wear.

Much of this information is in the website, check it out.

Yes.

What is involved is an opportunity to protect your engine from some wear and tear.
