Default torque on rear spindle nut?

Ok, I've got the dreaded rear "clicking" noise coming from the passenger side rear of my 94. After checking and rechecking the u-joints, and hub bearings, I've narrowed it down to the "rear spindle washer". I replaced these a couple of years ago when i did the hub bearings, but I guess they need replacing again. My question is how tight are you guys tightening the rear spindle nut to help prevent this from happening again anytime soon? The last time I just tightened them down to what the FSM calls for, but I remember reading some where to tighten them down over and above what the FSM calls for. So how tight do I go??

For what its worth, I didn't hear this clicking until after I put My Magnaflow Cat-back system on. I guess the mufffler elims I had on before help to mast the noise. One thing leads to another--never fails does it!?

164 was what I used the last time, but I remember reading somwhere that it was best to use a higher torque. Do you guys lube up the washers with anti-seize or just install them dry?

My torque wrench only reads to 150 ft-lbs, so I did that plus a little

I installed the washers dry, and have had no problems.
