Bose speaker problem?
Hey guys I was taking my son for a ride in my '95 today and the driver side rear speaker started to thump every few seconds. Then it sounded like there was a motorcycle in the back of my car so I turned the radio off. I stoped to get some tacos and when I got back in I turned the radio back on and it worked fine for about 5 mins. and started to thump again. Does anybody know what is happing here. Thanks alot,

That sounds like the symptoms for impending amp failure. You may want to go to Dr Don's web site and give them a call. They can repair the amps or you could go to e-bay and look around as there always seem to be amps for sale.

I agree with tomtom I had a very similar thing happen with a Bazooka Tube in my 97 Z-28. It got to the point that it would thump with the car off. So an impending failure is the most likely culprit.
