What front blackout kit is that? Looks like it was done at factory or something compared to my GTS ones which you can tell are aftermarket.
I bought that blackout kit years ago from either Mid-America or Hecklers... I mean Eckler's. I can't remember, however its not as nice as the photos may have you believe. It fits OK but it is secured by heavy duty Velcro to the side marker lights and if you don't cut the Velcro just right it shows up badly when the side lights are on under the blackout.
My car has 157,000 miles on it so my front fog lenses are badly pitted and I need something like this blackout to hide the mess for now. One day I'll probably get the car painted and when I do, I'll have the bumper removed and new lamp assemblies installed. I personally like the car without them, but mine is too fugged up to do that.
You should take that big mouth kit off.......... And send it to me
Do you have any problems with the big mouth kit scrubing?
The Big Mouth was another good purchase in my opinion. It drops the temps quickly while getting back to cruising speed.
I could never say I have never scrubbed a parking bumper with it...
My wife drove it one day and called me on the phone saying that my front bumper fell off.... I said WTF!!! and raced over to where she was. She had hit a curb when she pulled into the parking spot and hit the BMAD square with the curb, shearing the bolts like a pair of scissors. There was just a little scuff on the front of the BMAD but otherwise nothing was damaged but the bolts that I had fastening the BMAD to my skid bars.
I suggest backing into parking spaces if you are worried. I have gotten used to it and never have a problem. I'm even considering dropping the car an inch if I can get that much.

So it must be pretty tough. Did you notice any difference in the performance after putting the big mouth kit on. I have been going back and forth with purchasing one of these, I'm also in the process of lowering my car and was some what worried about it. But they sure do look good

I don't recommend backing into a parking lot space. People are Idiots and won't see your frontend as they backout of their parking space. The cost to repair the back of the car is alot cheaper than the front. I back into my driveway all the time just don't trust peoples driving abilities out in public.
I think they look cool as hell with the exception of the back deck stripes. I wouldn't mind putting a set on my 90 after its painted. Polo green with silver stripes would look pretty good.
