Birthdays, Father's Day and such have brought me a library of Corvette books but I've generally been disappointed in discussions of the C4 and its development until I chanced on Corvette from the Inside: The Development History as told by Dave McLellan, Corvette's Chief Engineer 1975-1992. It's simply the best book I've read on the C4.
A great book about Corvette in general but with a lot of focus on C4's is "Corvette Fuel Injection" by Charles Probst.
Heart Of The Beast by Anthony Young, all about the ZR1.
All Corvettes Are Red by James Schefter, it's about the development of the C5, but talks about the C4 as well.
Big Brown: the untold story of UPS by Gregg Nieman. Not about vettes, but a great read anyway.
The book by Charles Probst, I keep next to my FSM. Its as greasy as my FSM. Never truely understood fully my engine management and F.I. until I read this book. Good read
