primer on bumper question
i primed and sanding my new front bumper for my 86, problem is it went through to the plastic in a few spots, just wondering if i can still paint it without having to prime again.

I am not a painter but wouldn't suggest it. A good paint shop can sell you a rattle can of sealer-primer to cover the spots you have oversanded. This was my solution when preping mine for a pro to paint. Has held up very well.

I would prime it. The primer locks down the surface. Its a vette, be nice to your vette
